Getting my Hands on Film Camera

In attempts to slow_myself_down_away_from_digital_life, I am getting my hands on film camera. Yes, the kind of camera where you need to put the film roll in and then start snapping. If you are lucky, the pictures will turn up good but if not then we let the fate decide. This is not my first rodeo on using film camera, but it definitely the first ever to buy the film and develop it using my own money. It is not cheap, which I know.  What can I say, it's an expensive hobby.  I used my first film roll to take photos of my favorite people. So it has more human than random pictures. It was on family event. After the last shot, I wanted to develop it before I flew to Bali but they had no lab. Luckily we have the lab in Bali. I developed and scanned the film in Ojisanfilmlab Bali. They're just a google away. They sell the roll as well. I had to tell the TSA to do the hand checking rather putting it through the scanner. Workout

 

Dulu liat orang workout ato ke gym tiap hari gitu mikir "Ngapain sih susah amat begitu. Nggak capek apa?" Tapi setelah kujalani sendiri, uh lalaaa, enak sekali ternyata.

Tipe-tipe males olahraga kek gw gini harus cobain workout 25 minutes. 25 menit aja cukup. Ada banyak kok tuntunan video workout, tinggal pilih mana yang cocok. Gw ikutin T25mins si Shaun T. Nah si hari pertama kan kardio ya, itu 25 menit aja udah gila keringetnya.

Tapi... setelah hari pertama kalo badan udah lama vakum ya jangan protes kalo bakal sakit-sakit semua sampe 3 hari. Temen gw bilang itu namanya DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscles Soreness), efek abis workout. Karena workout itu kan sebenernya ototnya "dirusak" jadi kalo hari pertama udah kardio hari kedua ga boleh kardio juga. Harus ganti yang di latih bagian yang lain. Kalau di T25 sih Kardio, Speed 1.0, Total Body Circuit, AB Intervals, apa lagi ya kalo jumat ini biasanya dua kali workout yang tentunya nggak gw lakuin dong. Karena menggemaskan lelahnya.

Temen gw nih yang nyuruh banget. Kalo gw berkelit udah dipelototin, "KATANYA PENGEN FIT?!" Ya tuhan ini anak manusia jahat banget. Tapi ya gimana lagi kalo nggak gitu ya emang malah ga olahraga. Jadi ya biasanya sih abis kerja gw workout, jam 9an atau jam 10an gitu work out.

Bersyukur sih ada yang maksa workout. Gw sadar gw nggak suka dipaksa tapi untuk perkara workout gw bersyukur banget ada yang maksa. Dan setelah masuk minggu kedua ini gw udah mulai krasa aneh kalo nggak workout sehari haha! Udah mulai terbiasa dan itu ternyata enak banget.

Cuma 25 menit sehari, nggak lebih lama dari bikin satu tulisan di blog juga kan?

      iya juga seh, malah lebih ndrodos daripada jogging hahaha

Rough Guide to Bali
