Awal daftar sebagai pemakai Jenius, yang menarik perhatian gw selanjutnya adalah fasilitas jual beli mata uang asingnya. Sebelum kenal Jenius, gw udah rencana buka rekening mata uang asing di salah satu bank terkenal. Tapi, kok Jenius udah punya ya dicoba aja. Eh cocok juga, nggak perlu buka-buka rekening baru lagi untuk mata uang asing lainnya. Mata uang asing ini awalnya hanya 3 yaitu USD, SGD dan JPY. Lah kok cuma 3 ini aja sih, mbok kasih EUR juga. Tapi, karena gw eksperimental orangnya, ya tentu saja gw coba beli USD dan SGD. Harga waktu gw beli SGD masih di kisaran 10 ribuan, pun begitu dengan USD yang masih tinggi saat itu. Minimal pembelian pertama 10 ntah dalam bentuk mata uang asing yang tersedia. Selanjutnya bisa beli mulai dari 1 aja. Jadi itu cuma buka pintunya mata uang asing dulu.
